Ron and Margo’s separation in 2017 took an unpleasant turn when Ron claimed their marriage was a “mock wedding ceremony,” and they were never legally married. According to White, Margo refused to execute a prenuptial agreement and had no legal documentation indicating she was ever his wife.
As per TMZ, Margo was left destitute after White dissolved the relationship. In the court filing, she claimed that Ron terminated her credit cards without notice and changed the locks on the hotel they were renovating in Bev Hills.
In addition, while she was attempting to pay for her ongoing cancer treatment, she discovered that Ron had cut her off. Even more, he eliminated her principal source of income by terminating her engagements with the American author.
In August of 2019, however, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge sided with Rey and ruled that their marriage was a common-law marriage under Texas law, stating,
Margo Reymundo, whose birth name is Margarita Reymundo-Jurado, is a renowned Mexican singer and composer. Her distinct musical approach, which she referred to as Organic, propelled her to fame almost immediately. It was a combination of dance and jazz.

Rey filed for spousal support in California in 2017, and since the ruling in November 2019, Ron has been paying $25,000 per month to Margo.
Her albums and singles that topped the charts include My Heart’s Desire, Habit, You Belong To Me, Between Us, and Tempted. She has also served as a commercial vocalist for Juniper Music.
